Refunds and Replacements

  • Replacements: If your product is damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement. The replacement will be shipped to you at no additional charge.

  • Refunds: If you prefer a refund, we can process this once we have received the returned item and confirmed the issue. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
